We guarantee our staff and and all those contracted by Lambly Buliders to work on your property to show the respect you and your family deserve. You can always expect to be greeted with a friendly hello, or introduction. We have a no smoking policy on site to encourage healthy living and respect. If you find a smoker or a butt on site we will gift you a double movie pass! Your safety is also most important, so a health and safety up date with any potential hazards will also be discussed during a visit.
Fixed Price
We offer true fixed price contracts. There are no hidden costs or inaccurate allowance which may increase the cost of your building project. This is because we have priced your work using a quantity surveyor and in house software. You have the assurance that you can budget in confidence without any nasty surprises along the way. We also understand you may want to make changes along the way which can cause variations to budget and project time lines. We take extra time to make sure the best decisions are made to keep the building requirements on track.
Communication
You will receive up to date information during each stage of the building process. We will be in regular contact with you and welcome site meetings to be arranged, this will keep you fully informed during the entire process. We limit the amount of jobs we accept each year to ensure your job has top priority and is not just another number.
Quality guarantee
To ensure quality will not be let down, we only use reputable suppliers and contractors, trade qualified builders or apprentices training for their national certificate, Plus our exclusive 280 point quality assurance check list used throughout every stage, this ensures you get the highest quality build that not only exceeds industry standards but hits our high personal Lambly builders ones.

- Losses if the builder starts but is unable to finish.
- Structural defects. 10 year cover for the full contract price, for structural defects including weather tightness issues.

You will find your completed new living space and site clean and tidy. Not only is our team great tradies they are also tidy ones too. For any new builds or renovations over 50k we also provide a professional cleaning service to ensure your space is ready to use and enjoy.
